Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

USA orders: Will be shipped via USPS within 2-4 business days. We offer a low flat rate of $4.00. Original shipping fees are non refundable. Oak & Eve Boutique is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS. 

LOCAL PICKUP- Please only choose this option if you are able to pick up within 10 days of order date, during business hours. 

 


RETURNS

We hope you love everything you have purchased! We understand online shopping can be a gamble.
If something doesn't work out please see the following guidelines. 

ALL RETURNABLE ITEMS WILL BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT ONLY 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be in the original packaging WITH original tags attached & intact. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. In addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up, animal hair and damage free. Item must fall within the date ranges specified in the return policy. 

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Any returns received after 10 days, will be denied. If pick up option was chosen, you must return within 10 days from the order date. NOT the day you pick up. If item(s) were purchased in store, return or exchange needs to be made within 10 day’s. Please be sure to try on items prior to purchasing. 

If wanting to make a return, please reach out to us by email upon receiving your shipment. Contact oakandeveboutique@yahoo.com for a confirmation that we know you are sending back an item. Local customers may stop in during business hours. 

Original shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue refunds. If return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If return is not claimed within 10 days, it will be donated to charity.

We are not responsible for lost shipments.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We are paperless, your receipt can be found in your email or text messages. 
Please do not send your purchase back to us without. Unless otherwise noted. 


ACCOUNT CREDIT  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  
If you are approved, your return will be processed and a store credit applied. Store Credit will expire in one year of the issue date, so be sure to use it! 


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges can be made for the same style in a different size. Exchanges are not guaranteed. We have a large selection of unique product, making everything go quickly. 

DEFECT/DAMAGED ITEMS 

We do our best to inspect each and every item. Please inspect all items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported and marked delivered back to us within 2 business days of receiving your item(s). We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for this reason, send us an email at oakandeveboutique@yahoo.com 

If worn or washed within receiving Oak & Eve Boutique is not responsible for damage/wear & tear.

RETURN SHIPPING 
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to us. Please provide receipt or include a piece of paper with your name, number, and receipt or order # in the package.
